IUNO invites you to a seminar where we will cover some of the current hot topics in transport law. In the seminar, we will provide an overview of the importance of Brexit for the Danish Maritime Code, a potential "tax reduction" in CMR cases on duty and the latest news on electronic Bills of Lading

  • Maritime law after Brexit – bringing cases in Denmark, antisuit injunctions and what an English judgment can be used for in Denmark?
  • "Tax reduction" in CMR cases? The CMR law in cases of transport of goods with high excise duties may be changing. Get the latest updates here.
  • What is an electronic Bill of Lading? Can it do anything we don’t do already and if so what?
