Seminar on Restructuring in the Nordic Region 2016 (Helsinki)

calendar 11 October 2016
watch 9:00-12:00

IUNO invites companies to a series of seminars focusing on restructuring in the Nordic Region. The seminars will be held in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, and Stockholm in October 2016. The seminars are aimed at Human Resource Professionals and people with HR responsibility in the Nordic Region.

During the restructuring process companies will have to navigate their way through a number of hurdles in relation to employees.

A panel of experts from the Nordic countries will guide you through the key legal considerations surrounding restructuring in the Nordic Region while identifying effective human resource management strategies to help achieve corporate goals.

You will get valuable information on the rules in each of the Nordic countries related to the most important aspects of the restructuring process, including:

  • Reorganizing the organization, including transfer of tasks within multinational organizations
  • Reduction in work force, including how to select among employees
  • Transformation of work force from "outdated skills" to "updated skills"
  • Changing or cancelling employee benefits
  • Consulting with unions and employee representatives

The panel of experts includes:

Pål Kvernaas (Haavind, Norway)
Åsa Erlandsson (Setterwalls, Sweden)
Jari-Pekka Alho (Krogerus, Finland)
Anders Etgen Reitz (IUNO, Denmark), who will moderate the seminars.
