What fuels Jacob?

Watching the snow fall down over the Alps or the Swedish/Norwegian mountains – in fact Jacob even plans to become a ski instructor for the over 70s when he reaches retirement age himself.

A real problem solver

Jacob listens more than he speaks – and his steadfast mantra is to always look at each case from a helicopter perspective so as to get the best possible overview and thereby hopefully find the best possible solution for the customer.

Even in his private life, Jacob is a real problem solver who everyone runs to when they need help. Jacob’s foremost task at home is to make sure that the whole family can stream their films and games without any interruptions – and without Fortnite starting to lag.

A force of calm

Jacob brings a sense of calm to the office. He always takes a deep breath when things get stressful and he relaxes everyone with his tranquil nature whenever emotions are running high.

Jacob draws on his experience as a former ski instructor. He always ensures that everyone makes it safely down to the après ski. Laughter is important to Jacob and he believes that work should feel very much like play. Time should positively soar by – just like when his kids are playing with their Lego bricks.
