Søren and Cecillie took part in GEO’s 27th Annual Conference in Austin, where more than 350 professionals from across the globe gathered.
Søren is on GEO's Board of Directors, and Cecillie is Chapter Lead for the Nordic Chapter.
The conference brought together experts, advisors, and decision-makers to share insights on employee share plans, best practices, and future developments in equity compensation.
Across sessions and discussions, the focus was on new strategies, practical tools, and how companies can stay ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Søren took part in the panel discussion “The State of Global Equity in 2026: Trends, Risks, and What’s Next”, and Cecillie took to the stage to share a Nordic perspective on share schemes from a lawyer’s point of view.
Finally, Søren had the pleasure of announcing that next year’s GEO conference will take place on familiar ground – in Copenhagen.
