The day brought together HR professionals from different companies and lawyers with expertise from 25 countries.
Throughout the day, participants had the opportunity to meet with international employment lawyers for individual one-to-one meetings and receive advice on employment law matters across borders.
A series of seminars also took place, where the lawyers shared their perspectives on current employment law topics. These included:
- AI in the workplace
- Pay transparency
- Internal investigations
- On-demand work
It was another successful International HR Legal Day, filled with great conversations, new perspectives and international connections.
