The day brought together iuno's Nordic lawyers, international HR lawyers and HR managers from companies with one clear purpose: to give HR managers direct access to specialists who know the local rules, trends and pitfalls.
During the day, participants had the opportunity to take part in one-to-one meetings with HR lawyers from the countries they work with on a daily basis.
The day was rounded off with a seminar where panels of international HR lawyers discussed restructuring in a global context. Among other things, the focus was on:
- Changes to terms and conditions
- Reorganisation of the organisation
- Dismissals
- Mass dismissals
The seminar provided participants with strategic perspectives and concrete takeaways that can be used directly in their daily HR work.
It was another successful International HR Legal Day! We are already looking forward to the next one, which will be held on 9 October 2026.
