This E-learning will get you valuable information on the latest developments in 261-cases and will discuss how the latest tendencies might affect companies working within the scope of the regulation.

This document will incorporate case studies as well as the latest case practice, and will, amongst other things, focus on:

  • Reasonable Measures: What exactly is required? And what evidence is needed?
  • Reducing Legal Costs: Effective Claims Management.
  • POA and PAX ID: What to do when the claims agent refuses to provide these?
  • Latest EU case law: An overview of the latest leading court decisions.

Who are we?

IUNO represents air carriers and are currently involved in a considerable amount of lawsuits, where our goal is to ensure that the claim agencies are not granted unjustified claims.
