On 1 December 2019, Lars Rosenberg Overby will be joining IUNO as a partner, thereby significantly strengthening IUNO in the area of transport.

"Here at IUNO we’re more than happy to welcome Lars to our team. With Lars, we’re getting an expert in transport who is joining an already strong team that’s now going to be stronger than ever," says Anders Etgen Reitz, Partner and Chairman of the Board at IUNO.

Lars has been providing counsel in the maritime and transport sectors for more than 25 years and he should be regarded as an internationally recognized profile in the offshore wind area. Lars has conducted a large number of test cases in the Supreme Court and in the Maritime and Commercial Court. In addition, Lars is the man behind the textbook on maritime law, while he has also co-authored several international works in the area.

"IUNO has a strong profile within transport and insurance, and it has a different and modern approach to running a law firm which really suits me. In addition, IUNO has some very capable profiles in other key areas, meaning that we can help clients with their most essential needs. And with offices in Denmark, Norway and Sweden, they’ve got the ability to offer a fully integrated and completely unique Nordic solution. I look forward to being part of this continuing development,” says Lars Rosenberg Overby.

Anders Etgen Reitz adds:

“At IUNO, we really care about our values. With Lars, we’ve found a partner who shares our values, and we couldn’t be more pleased.  In short, Lars and IUNO are a perfect match, and we’re excited to see what he brings to IUNO.”
