BREXIT – or was it?
IUNO invites companies to a seminar on BREXIT - or was it? In the seminar, we will focus on the transition period and how it will affect you. We will be looking at liability and insurance coverage for delay caused by Brexit, regulatory issues relevant to insurance and much more.
Focus
The UK left the EU on 31 January. But the reality is that this only pushed the start button on a transition period which leaves plenty of work to do.
Hear more about the current situation and:
- What is the expected way forward
- How would your contracts with UK residents be affected
- Do you need a Brexit hardship clause?
- Liability for delay caused by Brexit
- Insurance coverage for delay caused by Brexit
- Recognition and enforcement of judgments
- Regulatory issues relevant to insurance
Speakers
Chris Chatfield (Kennedys, London)
Mads Poulsen (IUNO)
Lars Rosenberg Overby (IUNO)
Aage Krogh (IUNO)
The seminar is free of charge.
Time and place
26 February at 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
