The new rules are going to increase the penalty for repetitive violations and comprehensive misinformation. In these instances, the usual fine will be doubled. It is, though, still up to the court to decide the exact level of the fine in any given case.
The obligation to report to RUT applies to any foreign company posting employees in Denmark.
