icon-livestream
Online event
calendar 27 February 2020
watch 3:00-4:00pm

Are you ready for the new Holiday Act in Denmark? Receive an overview of the new Holiday Act with IUNO’s online seminar. We will be looking at the key changes with the new rules, the transition period and practical solutions.

Focus

A new Holiday Act enters into force September 2020. On 1 January 2019, a transitional period was introduced which all companies now are subject to. The new rules present several changes that for most companies will mean new internal workflows and policies.

It’s crucial to understand the difference between the old and the new Holiday Act so that the transition will run as smoothly as possible. At the seminar, we will focus on the most important changes of the new Holiday Act, and we will give you specific solutions as to how the companies can deal with the process in the best way possible.

Amongst other things, we will focus on:

  • Accruing and taking holiday
  • Resignation and job changes
  • Obstacles from taking holiday
  • Holiday supplement
  • Derogations from the Holiday Act
  • Transitional systems

The seminar will provide you with an overview of the new Holiday Act, including practical solutions to the key issues which can occur during the transition. Everything you need to know so that your company can prepare for the new rules.
