IUNO invites business leaders and people with HR responsibility in the Nordic Region to an online event focusing on diversity and equality in the workplace in the Nordic Region.

Focus

Around the world there is an increased focus on gender equality and diversity in general, as well serious issues such as sexism and sexual harassment in the workplace. These developments have also affected the Nordic region, where we have seen significant developments in several areas. This seminar will focus on the different aspects of diversity and equality in the workplace in the Nordic countries. We will look at the latest legal developments, expected regulation and existing legal requirements and pitfalls as well as practical solutions and proposed strategies for companies who would like to implement effective strategies and measures around diversity and equality in the workplace.

Among other things, we will discuss:

  • Diversity in the board and management
  • Gender pay gap and pay discrimination
  • Sexism and sexual harassment
  • Family leave
  • Positive actions and inclusion
  • Ageism, disability, and ethnicity.

Time and place

The online event begins at 9:00 and ends at 10:30. The last 30 minutes will be a live Q&A.

The online event is free of charge and will be conducted in English.
