New rules on working conditions
IUNO invites people with HR responsibility in the Nordic Region to an online event focusing on the new rules on employment contracts and working conditions in Denmark and Sweden. Our online event will give you an insight into the new rules and input on how companies can prepare.
Focus
Technological developments and numerous new employment forms have created a need to increase the level of protection for employees. This is especially important for employees with unpredictable working conditions.
Because of this, the so-called EU directive on working conditions was adopted to increase transparency and predictability in relation to working conditions. The rules have already entered into force in Sweden and will enter into force in Denmark on 1 July 2023.
We will go through the new rules, including the new requirements relating to the format, information obligations, and deadlines, as well as the new rights employees will have. We will also look at how the new rules will impact Danish and Swedish companies in practice.
Time and place
The online event begins at 9:00 and ends at 11:00. The last 30 minutes will be a live Q&A.
The online event is free of charge and will be conducted in English.
