IUNO invites Human Resource Professionals and people with HR responsibility in the Nordic Region to a livestream focusing on performance management in the Nordic Region.

The seminar will focus on the different aspects of performance management in the Nordic countries, including the legal aspects of performance management systems and how to monitor and manage over and under performers, disciplinary measures and pitfalls, as well as compensation and benefits issues related to performance, such as bonus, overtime, leave, holiday, etc.
