IUNO launches collaboration on HR services

IUNO has partnered with the HR services provider Works™ in an exclusive collaboration. Together they offer full-service HR-solutions to all types of companies.

At IUNO we know that employees represent the company’s most important asset and that the way the company handles it employees is crucial to its success. A professional approach to the company’s employees is not only about good management but also about a good understanding of the importance of HR and HR Law. Therefore, we have partnered up with Works so that we can offer our clients advice on all aspects of HR and HR Law.

What does this mean to our clients?

Our collaboration with Works allows IUNO to offer solutions within all aspects of HR. This is important because the right efforts at an early stage can help avoid legal problems later.
In practice it means that IUNO, in collaboration with Works, can help with everything from establishing new businesses og business areas and developing HR strategies to implementing HR processes, preparing HR documents, compliance and training, working environment etc.

Works also offers full HR solutions to all types of companies. This means that, in collaboration with Works, IUNO can help companies with the need to strengthen their HR resources temporarily in connection with major HR projects. This may, for example, be in connection with reorganizations, restructurings or something completely different. We can also help companies who want to outsource the HR function permanently, maybe because HR administration is an expensive resource to staff internally.
