calendar 16 March 2020

location Copenhagen

IUNO invites companies to a seminar on 16 March 2020 where a number of International HR lawyers will talk about recent developments in HR law within diversity in the workplace. The seminar will be held in connection with our International HR Legal Day, where you have the opportunity to have 1:1 meetings with the lawyers. The seminar is in English.

Companies find an increasing need to tackle diversity and anti-bullying issues in the workplace. Global trends like #metoo and general globalization means that especially multinationals need to deal with these issues across jurisdictions and across different cultures.

At the seminar, a panel of international HR lawyers will discuss recent developments in their countries and look at some of the pitfalls most commonly encountered by businesses. Among other things, we will address:

  • Gender pay reporting
  • Anti-harassment and bullying
  • Discrimination
  • Diversity and affirmative actions
  • Hiring quotas in management and elsewhere

The seminar is free of charge and takes place in English. It is reserved for people with HR responsibility.
